1. Booking & Confirmation

• Room booking is confirmed only after advance payment and verification.

• Once your slot is confirmed, a specific bed and room will be allotted to you.

• Bookings are non-transferable.

2. Check-In & Stay

• Residents must provide valid ID proof at the time of check-in.

• Only female residents are allowed; visitors are restricted unless pre-approved.

• Cleanliness and respectful behavior must be maintained in all shared spaces.

3. Food & Amenities

• Home-style food will be provided on time, as per the set schedule.

• Amenities like WiFi, fridge, washing machine, power backup, and gym are for resident use only.

4. Code of Conduct

• Any damage to property will be charged to the resident.

• Misbehavior or non-compliance may lead to termination of stay without refund.
