Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide transparency and fairness in our refund process:
1. Refund Eligibility
Once a slot is booked and confirmed, only 50% of the advance amount is refundable.
Refunds are applicable only if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
2. Booking Confirmation
Once your slot is booked, a bed and room are allotted, and preparation begins immediately, hence partial refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking will not be eligible for any refund.
No refunds will be issued for early check-out or if the resident is asked to leave due to violation of PG rules.
4. Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
